Field Ops Coordinator

About the Role

As a Plantega Field Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for order management, in-store inventory management, field marketing support and quality control.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for a range of field tasks including but not limited to maintaining accurate inventory counts, receiving orders, placing products in storage and deli displays, signage and storage checks, and field marketing support at events.

  • Quality control of grill menu via spot checks and tracking of product quality and expiration dates.

  • Completing and filing reports about your observations and engagements in the field.

Who you are:

  • You are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

  • You are an organized team player that is punctual, responsible and mature

  • You have a high level of attention to detail and following specific directions with minimal supervision.

  • You’re a self-starter, energetic, you get things done, you are self-motivated, super scrappy, with a high level of initiative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with ambiguity and has a passion for continuous improvement.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you have a passion for learning and growth.

  • You’re flexible and thrive on a small team where things can change — often.

  • You’ve got a big heart, not afraid of tough challenges and embraces the power of laughter.

  • (Preferred) You are comfortable speaking and understanding Spanish

  • You’re a die-hard New Yorker who lives in the city and enjoys getting around to different boroughs and communities

Our Field Operations Coordinators are Independent Contractors paid on an hourly wage basis ($22 per hour) with flexible working hours.

You must be based in New York City for this role.
