We are not a plant-based bodega; instead, we empower New York City’s independent stores with the latest plant-based products via a unique plant-based-deli-in-store model which allows them to make additional revenue by meeting the rising demand plant-based food. We provide stores with all the ingredients, training, operational and marketing support to sell great tasting plant-based food via their deli counters successfully and seamlessly.
