Bodegas aren’t just stores — they’re where the block catches up. They’re trusted neighborhood spaces where food, culture, and conversation meet.

This year, with the NYC Mayoral Election on everyone’s mind, Plantega is launching Bodega-lection — a citywide, “unofficial pulse check” on Mayoral candidates throughout the five boroughs of New York City at select Plantega bodega locations.

New Yorkers will sample Plantega sandwiches, their choices become tallies, and borough “winners” will be revealed ahead of Election Day. Check our Instagram @eatplantega on dates, times and locations where you can vote for your favorite candidate.
